You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the items meet the conditions outlined below.

To qualify for a return, products must be:

• In original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
• Returned in their original packaging where applicable

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products that have been used, installed, or altered
• Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
• Opened bedding products for hygiene reasons, unless defective
